His professional background is in Organizational Development, and, beyond that, he has explored a wide range of disciplines in order to expand his ability to work with different types of challenges including Conflict Coaching and Mediation, Complexity Science and Theory U, Facilitation, and Systems Coaching.

His guidance and wisdom have been deeply helpful to countless groups and organizations. Malcolm holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and embraces being a life-long learner.
