As Operations Manager, Jessica works with clients to distill their needs and chart their next steps with Credence as they work toward pursuing their goals. Jessica supports Credence’s internal systems to ensure that the Credence Team is set up for success. Jessica is especially effective at collaborating with others to create processes and strategies that respond to identified needs, are efficient and support both colleagues and clients achieve effective outcomes

Jessica has worked for over fifteen years supporting organizations with writing, editing, facilitation, research, and data analysis. Jessica has worked in co-operative education, international development, community-based research, and consulting. While earning her Master of Peace and Conflict Studies at the University of Waterloo, Jessica focused her research on engaging communities to discover effective solutions to complex problems. Jessica holds certificates in planning and techniques from the International Association for Public Participation(IAP2).
