Consultant Assistant
Karen joined Credence in 2021 as a Consultant Assistant. Her work includes supporting consultants as Credence & Co. transforms organizations and equips leaders towards greater health. Karen enjoys empowering people to engage in their work so that they can build greater understanding with one another.
Karen’s background is in congregational ministry and psychotherapy. She has worked in rural and urban, solo, and team ministry, and was ordained in 2013. Karen’s psychotherapy work centered around supporting children and parents in their work of healing and growth. Karen received her Masters in Divinity and Masters in Pastoral Studies from Emmanuel College affiliated with the University of Toronto. Karen has a Certificate in Conflict Management and Congregational Leadership from Conrad Grebel University College affiliated with the University of Waterloo.
