Psychotherapist & Consultant Assistant

Karen is both a Psychotherapist and a Consultant Assistant with Credence, providing psychotherapy to leaders experiencing conflict and stress, alongside supporting Credence consultants as they equip leaders and transform organizations, helping both to thrive. Karen enjoys empowering people to better understand themselves and one another.

Karen brings a background in congregational ministry and psychotherapy to her work. Her training as a Marriage and Family therapist provides Karen with a systems lens that supports healing through engaging individual work. Karen provides a calming and grounding space for clients to find their way back to themselves. Karen received an Advanced Certificate in Couple and Family Therapist Studies in 2019 and became a Registered Psychotherapist in 2015. Karen received her Masters in Divinity and Masters in Pastoral Studies from Emmanuel College affiliated with the University of Toronto. Karen has a Certificate in Conflict Management and Congregational Leadership from Conrad Grebel University College affiliated with the University of Waterloo.
