Jessica Dyck
Senior Program Manager & Consultant
Jessica joined Credence in 2018 as Program Manager. Her work includes supporting clients and consultants during their overall engagement with one another. Jessica works with organizations to distill their needs and supports them in their journey towards enhanced health. Jessica enjoys connecting with people, hearing their stories, and working with them to discover ways to transform challenging situations. She is convinced of the importance of engaging people in the decisions that affect them.
Jessica has a strong background in research and writing. She has worked in co-operative education, international development, community-based research, and consulting. She has over ten years of experience working in for- and not-for-profit organizations across Canada and internationally. Jessica has coordinated and contributed to organizational health assessments and research projects. While earning her Masters in Peace and Conflict Studies at the University of Waterloo, she focused her research on engaging communities to discover effective solutions to complex problems. In addition, Jessica holds certificates in planning and techniques from the International Association for Public Participation.
