Writing Workplace Assessment Reports

Facilitator: Dr. Betty Pries

Writing workplace assessment reports is a unique challenge – it invites facilitators to put their assessment into words that are unbiased while sharing people’s truth, hopeful while realistic, and clear while not too intense — all while communicating care for the parties involved throughout the document. Given that words have weight and impact, knowing how to write assessment reports well is a critical skill. This workshop considers the purpose of report writing and the challenge consultants encounter while proposing tools and strategies for mastering this important craft.

This workshop is for mediators and facilitators and ideal for those who have completed Transforming Group Dynamics or Conflict Assessment, though all are welcome.
