Writing Workplace Assessment Reports
Facilitator: Dr. Betty Pries
Writing workplace assessment reports is a unique challenge – it invites facilitators to put their assessment into words that are unbiased while sharing people’s truth, hopeful while realistic, and clear while not too intense — all while, throughout the document, communicating care for the parties involved throughout the document. Given that words have weight and impact, knowing how to write assessment reports well is a critical skill. This workshop considers the purpose of report writing and the challenges consultants encounter while proposing tools and strategies for mastering this important craft.
This workshop is for mediators and facilitators and ideal for those who have completed Introduction to Workplace Assessment, Transforming Group Dynamics, Art of Mindful Mediation and Dispute Resolution, though all are welcome.
