Malcolm is a Consultant with Credence, working with individuals and organizations as coach, mediator, trainer, and facilitator. Malcolm has been working with leaders, teams, organizations, and communities across the world for over 20 years. Malcolm’s kind and generous approach to the people with whom he works creates safe spaces for people to consider other’s perspectives. Malcolm brings a spirit of wisdom and curiosity to his work, helping the groups and organizations to achieve their goals.
Malcolm’s professional background in Organizational Development, alongside his learning in a wide range of disciplines (Conflict Coaching, Mediation, Complexity Science, Theory U, Facilitation, and Systems Coaching) enhance his ability to work with a wide variety of challenges.
Malcolm holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Victoria University of Wellington, NZ, a Certificate in Conflict Management and Mediation from Conrad Grebel University College affiliated with the University of Waterloo, and training in Dialogue for Peaceful Change, Nonviolent Communication, and Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching.
